I booked this property expecting a quality experience, especially with VIP Access, but it was completely unacknowledged and offered no benefit at all. The overall service was shockingly poor , most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, with the exception of three individuals who at least tried to make a difference: the relationship manager, Mellissa the waitress, and Selim the maître d’ on the night shift. Cleanliness was questionable, and the food was both repetitive and terrible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were essentially the same uninspired, low-quality options every day. Presentation and taste were equally disappointing. The lack of variety and freshness was unacceptable for a property of this supposed standard. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this property unless significant changes are made to service, cleanliness, and dining.
Worst Vacation Ever - Avoid This Resort! My experience at Orange County Belek was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, starting from the check-in desk and continuing with every other member of the team I encountered. The food was awful , no variety whatsoever, with the same low-quality options served every single day. The rooms were not properly cleaned; they would only change the towels and leave everything else untouched. This place completely ruined my holiday. It was by far the worst vacation I have ever had. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
