“Convenient location, stunning views, friendly staff”
+This property was incredible. The location is conveniently close to downtown, and the view of the sunset and sunrise from the little grass area behind the property is stunning. We will be staying here again and again!

“Very nice we stayed 3 nights for our 25th anniversary”
+Very cozy room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean . The breakfast brought to our room was nice pastries and fruit and the coffee was hot. The gentleman in the office were very friendly. We were directed to our room personally and everything was explained. The gentleman even offered to bring in our luggage.

“I would try Ogunquit Tides again. Just not room 21.”
+The room was very clean. The furniture and flooring were new. The location was perfect.
−There were many things not finished completely. The wire was hanging off the TV. The outlet in the kitchen area had holes all around it. The walls had marks. There were patches where the old electrical was. One of the overhead lights didn't have a cover. In the bathroom, the doorstop was falling off, and there were holes in the door and wall. There wasn't a ventilation system in the bathroom. The water pressure was not good.
