−Breakfast was at 8:00a.m. A little late for us. But very nice. Coffee and tea with some snacks available 8-8. Nice!

+Breakfast was a little disappointing with its little juice boxes and weak coffee. Otherwise, it was standard for most places.
−Not sure that I would couch my response to "not Like". There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom.

+The property is very clean! The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The breakfast is fair but enough to get you by for the morning. The coffee was delicious very good choices and even some flavored syrups. You can’t beat the views from the riverside rooms or from the dining room room. Stunning, especially at this time of year. The two pictures attached are from the room at the top of the stairs 140 gorgeous view every morning and every night!
−I didn’t like that they didn’t have an elevator. The stairs are way too much, especially for elderly people to get down to the lower rooms to have a beautiful terrorist room by the river, which is what I originally booked.
+Very clean. Lots of power outlets (a very positive with all the devices now) The staff put us in a handicapped unit due to my need for a walking stick. This made is very roomy.
−The only drawback was the lack of a table to eat at.

+Ogunquit River Inn is very nice, great location.The staff were very professional and nice. The breakfast was much better than expected

−Access to ice machine was not near room and involved using many stairs.

+The location, the view from the balcony, the room, the breakfast, literally everything was great!!! I have been here multiple times, I will always stay at this location when I travel to the area!
