“Fabulous staff and location, not flash or luxurious but I will stay here again.”
+Fabulous location, right opposite Cottesloe Beach - stunning! Loved going to sleep to the sound of waves. Small IGA supermarket about 5 mins walk away.
−Nothing really, but it is old and not very ‘pretty’. Very basic amenities and older furniture. But has everything you need.

−Shower was terrible - pressure and angle of shower head. No charging points near bed or anywhere appropriate. Room is very outdated and mucky. Not very inviting. Same goes for the interior of the hotel (didn’t use lift as it was very much unsettling). Reception on first day was terribly uninviting, definitely glad I didn’t have to communicate with her the next day. Lights in bathroom very dull. Bathroom sink makes loud noise when turning to heat. Can hear everything outside my room in the hotel and out. Woken up many times to other people in hotel closing doors, talking and using bathrooms (showers I assume).

“Happy stay”
+We were close to the beach, staff were friendly and they provided extra beds for my children.
−Hotel is a little outdated but still comfortable enough.

“Great budget place to stay”
+Location obviously! Room was spacious, bright (due to north facing room) and airy (windows open wide). Very comfortable bedding
−Near zero kitchenware which is strange considering the blurb says 'kitchenette', also surprising since there is a kitchen sink, dining table and chairs in the room? (just two tea cups and two spoons and couldn't find any plates, bowls, knives, forks or larger spoons). Freezer compartment in fridge is completely useless (doesn't freeze) with no freezer space available anywhere else (to store a number of smallish freezer blocks for a few nights whilst staying there). Shower recess leaked a considerable amount of water over bathroom/toilet floor making it a potential slip hazard. Limited car parking on site so had to find street parking. (PS In saying all that, we've already booked our next stay there!)

“Beachfront with value”
+Beachfront at cottesloe beach, room can't see the beach view but the room is refurbished, spacious, have everything we needed. Clean and tidy.
−The lift is very old and unfortunately it broke down the day we checked in. So abit of inconveniences having to walk down with huge luggage bags.
