+The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and quick to respond to our needs. I also loved the indoor pool, it was clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient and close to downtown.
−The indoor pool could have been a little warmer, but otherwise we had a great stay.

−Property is a little aged and would prefer different flooring than the carpeting.

+Front desk gentleman was very friendly snd helpful.
−2 minor maintenance issues but they didn’t affect our stay at all. Brought them to the front desk guy attention and I let him know they could be addressed after our stay.

“Great place , would stay again”
+The place was super quiet , great location to everything and the rooms were clean. I would stay again.
−A bit dated in the decor , but it got the job done.
+L’emplacement par rapport la plage est super. Personnel très flexible malgré notre arrivée tardive le soir. Très propre!!

+Prime location - easy walk to Footbridge Beach, saving $45 a day parking.

“Location is the best thing! The office staff is nice enough to let us park in the lot and walk to t!”
−The only problem was the people above us were smoking and flicking the ash on our vehicle and hanging over the railing shaking the towels over our vehicle also so we had salt and sand all over our vehicle. When we walked around inside the room our feet were so dirty we had to wash them.

+The room was larger than expected with all amenities promised, very clean and parking was never an issue. It's a bit outside of the main walking downtown area but not so far it's challenging. Easy ride to Kennebunkport and walking distance to downtown Ogunquit for those inspired. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Due to weather we were not able to make use of the outdoor pool. Being on the ground floor was noisy at times but nighttime sleeping was never a problem.
