“Idyllic Caribbean stay”
+We stayed in a bungalow with an unobscured view of the sea. It was magical. Went out of season so wonderfully peaceful and private. The staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The included breakfast was delicious. Would love to come back one day.

+This place was just perfect for us. Great view of the ocean and pool. Nice breeze at night. Lovely grounds and walking every morning on the beach. Our favorite place for breakfast was at El Zebra next door. We snorkeled and dove at nearby Akumal. Great trip.

+It was very nice. And quiet. I love nature and the turtles were seen almost very night right outside. And they had a nice pool to relax while looking at the ocean. Thy even served lunch and drinks in the afternoons by the pool. Very zen

+My friends and i booked this place for one of my friends 50th birthday. I payed extra for the AC services . The first night was extremely hot. The beach was full of seaweed. Early morning, we voiced our concerns to the front desk and the only thing he could say is that if we're not happy he can give us early check out but we will have to go through expedia to get a refund for the next 5 days. Unfortunately, we were forced to book another place. They refused to give us documentation that we checked out early.

+You cannot beat the price for staying directly on the beach. My one complaint is more about Tulum than the property itself. The noise from the parties and clubs around the area can be heard throughout the night and also all of the prices of food are astronomically high compared to the rest of Mexico and even when I stayed in Akumal. Therefore, you save money on the hotel cost, but spend so much just to eat. I stayed in one of the bungalows at the edge of the property and felt relatively safe as a single woman.
