+Clean, spacious rooms. Great location. There are many dining options around the hotel. Very close to Waterloo railway and subway station.

“Great location and helpful staff but don't stay in the lower ground floor if you are claustrophobic”
+Location is excellent and the staff were very helpful and were able to look after our bags as we were flying out later in the day.
−I had specifically requested not to stay in the lower ground floor but was given a room there. The beds are very short - definitely not for tall people!
