“Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately as cleanliness is top of my list.”
+Location was fine. The staff friendly.
−Room was dirty. Carpets had not been hoovered and surfaces not clean. The bathroom was clean but the room itself the worse I’ve seen. The hotel itself is in dire need of a refurb. Carpets everywhere are badly stained. Paintwork needs refreshing, furniture has holes. The bar, reception and breakfast areas were clean. I wouldn’t stay again. Talked to the reception about the state of the room on leaving and they offered to refund breakfast if we had paid separately but as it was included they could not do anything.

“, it wasn’t the best. The lobby staff were responsible for that.”
+Location was perfect. Access was perfect. Rooms were clean and fresh. And hotel maids were excellent. And helpful even when I was struggling with luggage they wouldn’t taken no for an answer and helped me to the car.
−The reception staff need to be more professional, need more training and a standardised uniform Should be adhered to in a 4* hotel

“Avoid, there is better value to be had!”
+The staff were lovely, thats it
−Frankly the carpets were stained, the furniture was old and in general felt grubby. The quilt on the bed was too thin so I woke up cold during the night.

“Stay was nice, hotel is in calm location, good for family.”
+Room was very clean, location was nice, bit away from Coventry city center. Location was clam, no noise. Public transport Bus stop is 5 min walkable, so you can reach city center in 20 min.
−Nothing Specific.
