+The location is amazing and the inn is very well maintained and rooms are very nice.
−Breakfast is not too big and also not really fresh (do not expect freshly made eggs or pancakes).

“I was clean and quiet.”
+Having yogurt .
−Was hoping for a hot breakfast.
“A very nice, very clean motel in the perfect location to explore Carmel by the Sea”
+The location is great - It is in town and the beach is 4 blocks away. The motel ambiance is very nice and lots of flowers as well. The pool area is private and a nice place to relax in.
−The breakfast is a simple continental

“Place is beautiful”
+The location is exceptional.
−The breakfast is average,, would have expected something nicer, fresher and the breakfast room has just 8 tables, i had to leave to give my table to somebody else. I have not been offered to park in the internal parking, i have not been shown the pool. Not a lot of explanations.
−They don't have A/C, so the rooms get very stuffy. It doesn't cool down even at night, because only a small window opens.

“Lovely quaint hotel on a great street, can walk to beach!”
+Location was awesome, we hit room 302 do great view of Ocean drive!
−Wish the TV was bigger! Breakfast could be better, hostess was a little abrupt - maybe a bit more friendly and less of a Sargent. I’ve never seen apples wrapped in Saran Wrap - a CA thing?
−room needs updating
