+Patience at the reception was very cheerful and kind in her engagements. Patience at the bar was helpful as well.
−The internet could be better. As I travelled for work, I ended up having to subscribe for an e-SIM data package.

“Excellent service”
+The Nordic villa provides a free ride to the Nordic hotel, where the food is excellent and they have the BEST gym
−The breakfast service is slow. Menu options at the villa are few.

+clean room, accessible team,generator on point, laundry team , reception team understanding and patient helpful. once i ordered a salad at midnight and was served promptly.
−some noise from the corridor and the parking, the room not locking at first try had to turn the key twice in the keyhole to ensure it was properly locked.
