“Excellent stay, quiet despite next to game room.”
+Room was spacious and clean. Very comfy bed. It has a microwave, TV, coffee/tea, fridge, heating/cooling as a separate unit, nice & clean bathroom.
−Upon registering at the expected arrival time, we had to wait for a while since the staff were busy at the bar/game room. We couldn't find the wifi password. We wish the bathroom light is a bit brighter.

“Fun, easy, made to feel like I was a regular and a friend”
+Was comfortable and good value for money. Awesome people, good food and well priced. The people running and serving there would make me go back. The rest is a bonus
“Comfortable stay, very quiet room”
+Loved the family room and being able to order from the bistro and it was delivered to the room.

“Everything was okay. Staff was good, but they should have provided the microwave in our rooms.”
+Everything was good. It was okay but they should have provided the microwave in there also.
−The one thing they should have improved is it is a microwave. They should have provided a microwave in all of the rooms. so then we can make a cuppa tea or coffee if we want a hot milk so we can have it.
