“Excellent location”
+Excellent location: just a couple of minutes to the sea and within easy walking distance of the old town; there is also a bus stop nearby, and a tram stop about 5 minutes away. The area offers great restaurants and cafés, as well as a supermarket. The room is equipped with everything you need. The windows face the courtyard, ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment.

“Appartement bien localisé”
+La localisation, proche de la Promenade des anglaise et le parking en option Le monsieur qui nous a accompagnés dans notre logement le soir quand on est arrivé était très gentil et a même aidé ma grand-mère avec ses valises.
−Certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas ( lustre principal dans ma grande pièce, lumière dans la douche...) De l'humidité et de la moisissure dans la douche Pas de volet dans la chambre des enfants.

“Nice stay for visiting the city without high expactations”
+It is just a few minutes away from beach and downtown. Staff were very nice and helpful. There is small kitchen to use, also with coffee machine. There was also small set with sponge and washmachine tabs to use, it was very helpful. We asked some late check out and they were extreamly flexible to help. If you don't want to spend your whole day in the room just go home to sleep then it is a nice option to choose.
−There is no mosquito net on the windows which made us unconfortable evenings. There is airconditioning, however if we turn on for the people on the gallery is too much. The mattress were quite old. In the kitchen a lot of things were missing what supposed to be there and the pans are extreamly used. We had from everything only 4 pieces, so we had to wash the dishes everytime. The carpit on the flow deserves a deep cleaning.
