“Quiet, peaceful stay”
+The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The service was great. The location couldn’t have been in a better spot. Less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute tram to the city. Will definitely be coming back.

“Good location but I won’t stay here again.”
+Close proximity to everything, good shower and bathroom and big bed.
−There was no housekeeping during my 4 nights which was not advertised I would have chosen elsewhere had I known this, my view was a car park and construction site which was noisy from 7am and bright lights on 3 huge cranes. The room was not soundproof as hoons were riding motorcycles around the car park when trying to sleep. The room was hot and seemed like air conditioning not working or centrally controlled. I found stains on the bedding under the covers.

“It was a good stay, comfortable and a nice hotel!”
+It was cozy, good size, and close to where we wanted to get to for our stay.
−The entrance to the elevators was a bit smelly at times, and the room did have an odd smell when we first got in. Shower is a bit messy and the water gets under the shower door so you have to clean up a bunch of water on the bathroom floor every time you shower which is a bit annoying.

+The place is perfect. for family for a nice getaway! Everything you need and want is just downstairs. Accessing the building was very difficult.
−The rooms were very warm despite the AC on 18 degrees.

+I am so grateful for how accommodating they were. I also had to last minute end my booking early for family member illness and they were so kind and so supportive to help accommodate. Forever grateful
