+The location is perfect, the hotel itself is a see view (my room isn't) , it's in the middle of El Mamsha The pool and breakfast options are nice The staff is friendly and trying to ensure everything is in order Rooms are clean
−The electricity needs maintaince, out of 4 wall sockets in the room only 1 was working , 1 that was instable, and the rest didn't work. I wish they had more clothes hangers cuz my room had only 2 .

+had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The service was outstanding, and every detail made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I would definitely come back again

+I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for the warm hospitality, excellent service, and professionalism throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made my experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to Ms. Doaa at the Reception for her kindness and helpful attitude. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!
