“If the place was cleaner, I would definitely go back”
+Location
−No upkeep on property. All outlets needed repair. Bathroom seemed dingy and needed paint and caulking. Toilet and sink were fine. Bed mattresses were lumpy and old. Living room couch was so smelly, fabric needs a good cleaning. The apartment was fine even though small, it just needed to be cleaned and freshened up.

+Very close to the beach, which was great. It was convenient that it had a full kitchen.
−The property looked to be a little dated. There looked to be several repair issues that were needed throughout the property. Also, the pullout couch was not comfortable.

“Gross, smelly, uncomfortable place but staff (Igor) was super friendly”

−Black mold in window air conditioner and not enough BTU's to cool the apartment, smelled like dog piss and shit, no TV in bedroom, dirty floors, sewer smell, unsafe beam on front porch, very old bed and box spring, toilet was very stain and bowl was cracked, very uncomfortable place to sleep, woke up to stickers on my new vehicle from some team called "the dartbags".

“Nothing like the photo’s dirty, outdated and not worth the money”
+The location
−I was shown 3 different apartments and they all were run down, old, not clean apartments. Holes in mattresses and stains on them. I asked for my money back and was told that was not an option. They own other properties I should have been offered something nicer and newer. They all had a bad musty smell to them. I had to buy shower sandals to wear in the shower just so I could take one. I almost slept in my car it was that bad. I slept on the couch with dollar store blankets covering up the material. The staff was very nice and friendly and the location was good but that was it. I would never stay here again. The pictures on here are no comparison what it looks like in real life.

+We could not hear our duplex neighbors and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, dishes, and appliances were available and made it so easy to settle in.
−The toilet is not secured to the floor and moves easily.

“Decent place, great location and staff, would stay again when in the area.”
+Great location, one block from beach and in the middle of everything in Hampton Beach. The manager was great. Had issue with heat and guy was there right away to fix it. Great off-street parking. The apartment we stayed in was very dated but was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
−No TV in bedroom
+The man at the check-in counter was super nice and the room was very clean.

“Great overall”
+Great location, however if it were not for the running AC we would have heard the live music from the nearby bars all night. Comfortable queen bed, good sized apartment. Had full kitchen with a stove and oven, fridge and freezer, shelving for storage and extra bedding for couch bed
−The shower felt a little tight
