“Meget sentralt, rent, godt utstyrt men med noen sære løsninger.”
+Veldig sentral beliggenhet rett ved Themsen. Veldig godt lydisolert, selv om AC-støyet en del. To toaletter. Godt rengjort. USB-kontakter innebygget.
−Noen rare løsninger, men de er vel bare engelske. Dusjen vanskelig å bruke og lavt trykk. Rommet vårt i 7. etasje hadde en egen heis litt borte fra de andre heisene, og man måtte bl.a. opp en trapp først, noe som ikke passet helt for en med nyoperert kne. Lyset i leiligheten slo seg på av seg selv midt på natten. Hver dag fikk vi beskjed om at AC-selskapet måtte inn en gang mellom 07-17 for å vedlikeholde noe. Mangel på knagger for å henge ting. 60 kvadrat høres mye ut, men veldig mye var en svær gang. Lås til bad var ødelagt.

+観光したい場所へ徒歩やバスで行きやすかった。 スタッフの方が気さくな感じで良かった。
−シャワー室のドアが半分までのガラスでしたので、水浸しになってしまった。 冷蔵庫にお水が欲しかった。

“Disappointing for such an expensive room”
+The kitchen was well stocked with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop & oven-/microwave. Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo etc provided & good towels. Good pans, crockery, glasses, cups etc Tv was Netflix only, do need to log in or sign up. Bed comfy enough. Lots of storage for clothes etc. ironing board & iron. Staff very pleasant.
−We upgraded to a 1 bed apartment. The 1st room offered had 1 armchair - and we were 2. We accepted another room with a sofa but it was very disappointing, dark & anything but like the room offered in the hotel photographs - see comparison photos below. - 1 is what we got, 2 & 3 are what is advertised. Turns out the hotel only has 2 apartments like the good ones, all the rest are like the one we got or even worse, the first room offered was tiny with an armchair for 1 Bedding was good but pillows were very lumpy hollowfibre - totally unexpected & disappointing for a very expensive hotel of supposed quality. Our room had an accessible bathroom with shower. But the basin was tiny with no shelves or space to put personal items. The shower curtains were far too narrow so any wheelchair user who transferred to the shower would find it extremely difficult to not have a drenched wheelchair - the curtains needed to be twice as wide & longer. As it was the room instantly flooded drenching everything which had to be placed on the floor - shoes, clothes, etc. typical poor accessible service that was not up to scratch even for the relatively able-bodied.

“Would return without hesitation”
+Felt so spacious compared to Lpnfon’s std hotel room. Able to use kitchenette for quick breakfasts Comfortable place to unwind after spending all day site seeing
−Shower enclosure or, more accurately, the lack of one made it hard to keep bathroom reasonably dry. Not a huge issue but it should be improved upon

+we loved it at native banksides! the location is fantastic, just about a 5 minute walk from borough market and 10 minutes away from london bridge station. also we went to a show at the o2 arena and it was only 4 stops away with the jubilee line which was super convenient after a concert day. the staff were nice, and we got such a spacious room as well as the kitchen facilities that were great. our room had a dishwasher, a laundry machine, a microwave, an oven, cutlery and a cutting board, a kettle, coffee & tea, pretty much everything. would definitely recommend it and we will be back, thanks ❤️
