“My last time. I stayed their when the hotel first opened and it was a good clean place...not now”
+Did not have breakfast. It was found filled with transient their dogs and yelling all night. It was so icky I slept with my shoes. Had i not been so tired I would've left.

+Convenient location, clean room & friendly staff. Good location for gas, Starbucks & food options like diner Willow Ranch BBQ or fast food.
+The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The hotel is close to the freeway and parking was easy.
−There was an awful smell as we walked from the parking lot to our assigned room on the 2nd floor of the building behind the office. We checked the room and saw that it was pretty decent for the price. However, the pungent & lingering smell was what made us leave and not spend the night at the hotel. We had to find an alternative accommodation in Bakersfield.
“Ridiculous”
+The day was 108degrees. They told me the AC was disconnected from 4-9pm. I checked in went to the room, it was an oven and I checked out and cancelled my reservation.

+Clean and convenient
“The room was unclean, in severe disrepair, and had numerous safety and maintenance issues.”
+I didn't like anything about this facility except its proximity to Starbucks
−Honestly, if I wasn't exhausted after a long day of driving, I would have left this facility to find different accommodations for the night. The room was not clean and in a state of disrepair. The sink was cracked, the walls had holes, the smoke detector was missing, the deadbolt didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the floor under the tub was clearly rotted out and there was a smell of mold. I was concerned about walking on the floor without shoes.

“Comfortable Stay”
+Location was close to a family home, rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds after a long drive.
−When we did watch tv, Some channels were scrambling but over all good.
