“Good place with arrogant staff (sumit)”
+Property is decent for a family stay, rooms are nice and clean. Decently spacious
−A staff named Sumit was very rude and arrogant, very poor. Ive been here few times with my family before but bc of this inconvenience and incident we’ll never recommend nor come to this hotel again

“Disappointing stay. Poor maintenance”
+Location. Easy to avoid city traffic if you need to travel towards Coorg
−Poor maintenance. At least my room was dated, tiles coming off. Door had a gap on the top side. Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and used with stains on them. Had to wait an hour with multiple follow ups to get it changed. Corridors were unclean and carpet dirty. Had cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Room’s balcony had weeds growing and stagnated rainwater. . Stayed here three times before. Last was a couple of years back. There is likely no next time.

“Wrong selection.”
+location
−1) Room AC was not working properly - VERY poor maintenance.. We moved to second room after complaining still the same issue . 2) wash basin - Water clogging. 3) WIFI - Very bad. 4) Almost 15 MIN after check in - we have not received our luggage from reception. Guess hotel is operation with less staff. 5) After settlement of my invoice, staff from reception asked me if I had consumed alcohol from the bar on 02nd Oct which was the dry day mentioned by hotel itself. It was really annoying. I don't propose this hotel to anyone of my friends.
