−There was no one at the front desk to check in for almost half an hour. The receptionist wasn't there from 9:40pm onwards despite the fact that the sign on their desk says that they are meant to be there until 10pm. The night porter had to be called from another building to come over and allow myself and another guest to check in. When someone arrived to check in myself and the other guest who had been waiting there was no apology given, just carried on as if nothing had happened. It was a terrible inconvenience and if you say that your staff will be on-site and available until a specific time then I would expect them to be there until that time.

+Habitación amplia, luminosa, cálida. Bien ubicado, cerca de la parada de autobús urbano. Y si te gusta pasear, se llega al centro en 40 minutos dando un agradable paseo

“Traditional B&B at excellent location, good value for money”
+A good old-fashioned bed and breakfast in the best Irish tradition with the not insignificant exception that it is heated to almost (Central) European standards. Our room was of good size, it was kept really clean, and it had everything that you expect to have in a B&B. They will cook you a proper Irish breakfast but there is also a Continental option with a decent choice. The location is also excellent, on the E1/E2 bus line and the Aircoach stop to the airport is just across the road. Turning left from the entrance, you get to Herbert Park, with several good eating out options (of all budgets) within walking distance in Ballsbridge. Highly recommended.
−The heating was a bit erratic on the last day, but eventually it was turned on. The bathroom is unheated, as is the case in most of such establishments - keeping its door open will somewhat alleviate the situation.
