+This place was right in the heart of all the action. There is usually no front desk person on site, so once you are in the suite you are on your own outside of texting or calling the main point of contact. That never presented any problems for us. The room was spacious, clean and easy walk to everything in Old Town split -- and a bargain for what we got! I would stay here again for sure.

+property was within the palace walls and very scenic. Split gets quite crowded which I do not like. Overall I would say Croatia lacks a friendly vibe.

“Great boutique hotel and stellar service”
+The hotel and staff were very helpful. If you have any questions or need assistance, the staff communicates with you via WhatsApp with quick responses. We were especially grateful for one of the staff members who stayed up late (11:45pm) to personally provide us with a airport transfer and check in when our flight was very delayed from London to Split.

+We had phenomenal service during our stay. Could not recommend this place enough.
