−The food could have come out a bit quicker at the afternoon high tea. We waited a long time and once it arrived and we ordered more it was much quicker to arrive.

“The hotels amazing staff truly helped us enjoy our stay.”
+The staff at Melia Hotel provided amazing service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we truly felt like they took care of all of our needs. Every single member of staff always greeted us with a smile and always did a lot to help us. Especially Carlos made us feel so welcome and helped us to enjoy our stay, also our room attendant Pa Pa was very helpful and did a great job. Because of the amazing staff at Melia hotel we really enjoyed our stay and our anniversary.
−We loved laying by the pool, the pool area has a great atmosphere and a great view. But i wish they had a few Parasols that could provide some shade.
