+I Always stay at the Maple Leaf Hotel when I go to Goderich. Always friendly owners and always clean. Ive never had that ick feeling like some of the other motels in Goderich. Location is perfect too!
−Parking is a little tight but manageable

+The location is awesome, very close to the beach, downtown and shopping. The owner was very helpful as well. Our Wifi wasn’t working and I needed it to work for a business call, he was able to provide me with another connection that worked perfectly. So greatly appreciated 🙏
−I was hoping for an oversized office chair to go with the awesome desk for my meetings. The chair provided was very uncomfortable. The beds were a bit hard, but ok for a couple nights.

+Spotlessly clean. Great location, walkable to the Goderich two square. Lovely hosts. We were made to feel very welcome.

+Floor was dirty but comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No wheelchair parking. Overall good quiet stay and close to walk to town and shops.

“Not worth the money”
+It was well situated to downtown
−It was extremely expensive for what you got!! Extremely noisy air conditioner, no comforter on the beds, no proper cutlery, no glassware, the fridge froze all of our food. It was over $300 a night and was not worth the money at all. Too expensive for what you got.
