−Our room didn’t have the greatest view and we thought the furniture could have been swapped around to see the view better , like put the couch where the tv was

“Close to Marina - would be better if they could keep restaurant and bar open 7 days a week!”
+Near the Marina, but a trek from Mackay proper! Spacious rooms. And staff did try there hardest to make our stay comfortable
−Restaurant and bar closed when we were there, no room service also.

+Lovely location, on site parking, beautiful food.
−We booked a deluxe king suite with a spa & with no communication prior to our arrival we were downgraded to a budget room due to maintenance issues.

+Location close to Harbour and nearby beach. Room had a good Harbour and sea view. Beach walkway was easy to access.
−No sink plug in bathroom, balcony doors covered in sea spray, a few light bulbs needed replacing, no clothes air-drying rack.
