+Location is the only likeable thing.
−The room we got was nothing like the photos on booking.com. We got a sub penthouse room 809. We asked for a refund but were informed it’s not policy with bookings through third party companies. The staff did move us to a smaller room on level 3. It was cleaner and more like the photos. But definitely not what we expected after first booking.

+Fantastic location, handy to a grocery store and or food courts, walk to Queen St mall, walk to train, walk to city cat, and a generous sized apartment

−felt like an abandoned hotel, heavy doors, very dark furniture, lots of marble. No sauna or gym as advertised

+Very spacious and great location right in the heart of the CBD. Beds super comfy beds and all the facilities we could ask for.
−Fixtures and fittings a little tired in places but had everything we needed

+Location great and value for money great. bed very confortable
−didn't like the fact that we got a spa bath which was very high and difficult to get into and somewhat dangerous for a 75 year old as there were no grip handle of anything to hang on to . also the TV , we could not get any free to air programme only Foxtel which we could not get to work .. got some help but still did not work properly after that. Disappointing

+Excellent Location. Great for the Historical value. Large rooms.
−Our last night we had a Wedding Party in the next rooms. Door banging and laughter till 4am! Was very inappropriate for the others staying on that floor. 🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱
