“Great for a few nights stay, would return.”
+Good, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The pool and gym area were lovely and clean, great to have such a big pool in a central area of Long Beach. Although costly, it was nice to have the lobby cafe and food and drink service at the pool.
−I shared a room with my two daughters and found to a bit tight for 3 people with luggage.

“Overall, great w/ a small inconvenience.”
+I really enjoyed the property’s location, how it was, and how nice and professional the staff were.
−The only part I didn’t like about the property was that my little fridge didn’t work. I needed the fridge to keep some items cold for the next morning.

“Nice Location, clean & comfortable facilities, very busy establishment, pricey.”
+Did not have breakfast but I thought the $28 dollar price for the buffet was too much.

“I will not be staying at this location anymore. I really feel since we had so many issues they should reimburse me part”
+It’s very close to Long Beach airport.
−Too expensive. Overcharge too much for daily incidental. Mattress was not comfortable. Hotel restaurant does not accept cash. When it says you can pay at the property you can’t split the bill to pay upfront. You can only use one card. Refrigerator did not work. My Sister is a diabetic her insulin did not stay cold. She had to use the ice bucket. Maintenance came 3 times to fix the fridge and it still did not work. The shower was stopped up water almost overflowed out of the shower onto the floor. The sink had a slow drain. Maintenance found hair was stuck in the sink which caused the slow drainage. Maintenance did repair the shower and sink that was the only good thing.

−Big Roaches in Front of Hotel Loose Toilet Paper Holder. Shower Door would not Stay Close Missing Handle for shower wand Attitude from Check-In Clerk!!! We let them know about the Bathroom issues the next day .....
