“Nice but couple of disappointments considering the cost”
+Good location, accommodation very clean
−Was disappointed that trampoline/soft play not open every day as advertised. Cot was delivered without a mattress 🤷♀️ House was designed for 4 adults but sofa only big enough for two, others had to sit on hard dining room chairs

“Lovely accommodation, kids loved it”
+Accommodation was beautiful
−No designated smoking areas which was a bit of an inconvenience. Not even on own balcony. Pool wasn’t always very clean
+The hot tub, the friendly reception staff and free electric charging. The bar staff were helpful and we could take the dog to outside areas. Public areas were kept lively and clean.
−The hoover didn’t work and there was no other way to clean the floor.. which made it difficult to keep floor clean. There was no ventilation so the apartment got very hot! Activities were booked out on day one so need to understand how you can get on activities!

“Terrible”

−Upgraded to a 2 bedroom lodge which gets very hot on sunny days. No air conditioning and property only provided one fan for a 2 bedroom lodge. All facilities were booked out so we ended up staying in a “sauna” for 3 days. Avoid on hot days.

“Great lodge, perfect for the family, enjoyed all the fitness facilities, great for active families.”
+Really enjoyed our stay at Les Ormes with the family. Location good. Pleasant lodge setting. Only downside is that it isn’t near the beach!

+When we got to the property we was told that the trampoline park was closed which straight away upset the kids, we tried to get bikes which took an hour for someone to come , we then found out 3 out of 6 tires were flat, when we got to the house and went inside we could literally not breathe because the of the heat, I called reception who said we could have one fan max for the 2 bedroom property and put the phone down, I hardly slept for 4 nights as it was unbearable even with every window and door open, I’ve been coming to Jersey for 45 years and this has been the worse experience I’ve had
