+Good breakfast. Excellent location and courteous and helpful staff especially with regard to local information.
−Booking.com overcharging me as bookings via Ixigo (made by my sister-in-law and her husband) was approx. Rs 2000 a night cheaper than what I paid.

“Very comfortable and memorable”
+The staff was very welcoming and they made all efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Big shout to Pradeep and Vijay for meeting our demands and also going extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Hardik was a big support in helping us move in our rooms and handling luggage and always greeting with a big smile. it was one of the best experiences in terms of staff hospitability.

−Extremely incompetent front desk and manager. Tried to charge me twice for the stay but could not proceed with the scam since I had credit card receipts. I asked to speak to the manager after this incident and he refused to come down for 45 minutes claiming he was “getting ready”. His name is Yash Pal, he repeatedly tried to justify that this was an acceptable excuse to not speak to a customer who was waiting at the lobby asking for him. By far the most useless, shameless, incompetent hotel manager I have come across. Avoid staying here till the manager is changed.

+The staff were hospitable which was the only saving grace. We needed some medical help and the doctor would not pick up the phone. When the reception contacted him, he claimed he was not available and that we could visit the clinic the next day!! How can an emergency wait until the next morning?? I appreciate the efforts of the reception and security who went to the government hospital nearby and got medications got heartburn which we had forgotten to pack. No pharmacy is open until 10am the next day so please pack all required medications. This hotel is grossly overpriced for the poor facilities and lack of clean, dated rooms. It only served the purpose of us to visit Dwarkadish Mandir the next day. Maybe consider another hotel.
−I did not like the property, the room was not clean. The property and rooms look dated and not like the glossy photos seen online. I have stayed in Lemon Tree, Varanasi, hence I booked this place with confidence. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and facilities.
