−Very important for this apartment to read all of the rules for this booking-there is a $300USD cash deposit (refundable) that you have to pay on check-in, which is hidden at the very bottom of all of the Covid protocols. The apartment is quite lovely, host is friendly, location is great, but paying a larger cash deposit than the actual cost of our 2-night stay was a surprise.

“Pleasant”
−Location was too far from restaurants and beach. It is walkable but too far to walk. You need a car.
+Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly
+Car defi.itely needed, long walk into Speightstown ifyou aren't reasonably fit
+Nice, clean, spacious and fully furnished apartment. No air conditioning, yet light breeze coming through the windows and the shade from banana trees compensate for it and make the stay comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Walking distance to the beach. However, car rental recommended for grocery shopping or sightseeing.
+I spent an excellent vacation in Barbados. I am happy that I stayed in this house. Very quiet and nice area. 10 minutes walk to the beach.
