+I loved being out with the family and the front desk helped me alot. The staff helped me when I had issues with my hotel room
−Well my keys weren't working the first lady told me I could not add my sister-in-law without being charged and then another lady told me that I could up to six people on the room so that was very confusing. I was told that we would have to switch rooms which I was fine with but then we got back upstairs and we stayed in the room. Only two of our keys worked for two in the rooms

“Won’t stay there again”
+I like that the place is less busy compared to other casinos.
−They say they have food 24 hrs but you can’t find any staff to order food and the hotel was dirty, the room had hair all over and the beds are like sleeping on a sac of potatoes. Nothing is upgraded very old even still have a box tv with very few channels.

“Holiday weekend busy but for the price I would do it again.”
+I like the location and the fact that you could exit to the river walk. It was the Fourth of July weekend, which was pretty busy so it was OK.
−Pretty close to other properties. Rooms are very spacious.

“Not bad place”
+Location and convenience store.
−I select river view room and get cheaper room for river view price. Your accommodation say flat screen , frig, microwave but most time done get any and old tube TV. Never get upgrades like your website says.

+We had a great stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time in Laughlin. The only downside was that the pool was out of service during our stay. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
