“A Truly Memorable Stay”
+We had the pleasure of staying at Lakepoint Villa Hotel in Entebbe, and what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of Manager Hamza. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Hamza personally ensured that every aspect of our stay was taken care of and that we lacked absolutely nothing. His professionalism, genuine warmth, pragmatic approach, and remarkable ability to anticipate and respond to our needs were truly impressive. He is not only an exceptionally competent manager but also someone who genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of his guests. It is rare to encounter such a high level of personal attention and dedication. Hamza truly embodies the meaning of hospitality and is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Lakepoint Villa Hotel. A heartfelt thank you to Hamza for making our stay so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel!

+We stayed prior to our safari and had a much better room the first time. The room itself was clean and tidy but the shower was not good
−The shower
+Schoon, fijn en behulpzaam personeel. Airport pick-off was perfect en helemaal op tijd!
−Meerprijs voor ontbijt, terwijl het was inbegrepen

“In partenza per il safari”
+Buon hotel con ottimi servizi . È necessario muoversi con il taxi perché non è vicino al centro. Buona la colazione.
