−Hogy kaphat ez a szállás 9 feletti értékelést a Booking.com-on?? A fényképek alapján mintha nem is erről a szállásról lenne szó. A szobák és a folyosó lepukkantak, dohos szagúak. Az emeletre vezető lépcső mellett a fal felázott és omladozik. Már az első benyomás is eléggé árulkodó. A szobákban is hasonló a helyzet. A szobakategóriák között valójában nincs érdemi különbség, csak az árakban: lényegében minden szoba ugyanolyan. Kert? Olyan itt nincs. A szállás egy tömbházban található, az ablakok pedig vagy az utcára, vagy a szomszéd épület falára, esetleg a szomszédos belső udvarra néznek. A belső udvarban munkások vagy ott lakók zajonganak kora reggeltől késő estig, reggelente pedig árut is szállítanak, így a pihenés, sőt még a nyugodt munkavégzés is szinte lehetetlen. Eredetileg négy éjszakára foglaltam, de már a második éjszaka után a harmadik szobába kellett költöznöm. Az első szobában dugulás volt, a másodikként felajánlott szobában pedig már más lakott. Végül egy másik szobába költöztem, ahonnan másnap reggel ismét távoznom kellett, mert karbantartást terveztek. A csomagjaimat átvitték a harmadik szobába, annak ajtajában pedig kívülről benne hagyták a kulcsot, és úgy maradt egé

“Not bad location. Small things should be fixed!”
+The host reponce was very fast. The place inside was as on the pictures. The location is nice.
−The parking in front of the building is on the sreet and the street was under renovation so we were not able to park there. I understand that the host can't do much about when a renovation will start, but he can sertanly inform us in advance! Also, the gate code was changed and we were not informed. Thanks God that there were other people staying in the same building who helped us out. There were small things but many. The host should be more exact in his communication with the guests and help resolving the issues, not just confirming the problems...

“Mini weekend în București”
+Curățenie în cameră, paturi confortabile, mini frigider pentru depozitare, căldură suficientă, posibilitate de a-ți face ceai, este bine poziționat, nu am avut probleme la check-in.
−Un perete de pe hol era scorojit și m-am temut să nu fie de la infiltratii, nu am avut papuci de unică folosință în cameră, nu am avut espresor.

−Small TV, only cold water in the bath room. 2 nights I could not bath at all. I wonder about high points for Location. It is far from old city with bus it takes around 20-30 minutes. It is at north of the city and far from many attractions. I hat to kill insects in the bath room. From Photos you think you are renting the whole apartment, many photos which do not belong to the room you get. He advertised photo of lubby (actually it is not even a Lubby) that confuses you and think it is a part of the room. narrow steps and no presence of someone to help you or answe your questions
