+Die Pools waren groß und sauber. Die Animateuren waren sehr professionell und freundlich. Hotelanlage ist groß. Die Rutschen haben Spaß gemacht.

−One of the worst hotel experiences of my life - especially for a 5-star hotel This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel, particularly considering that it is supposed to be a 5-star property. I faced many issues during my stay, and I will mention some of them here. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. 1. Extremely rude and unacceptable behavior from staff There is a manager named Kamel Erol who treated me very badly. I booked an all-inclusive package, and when I went to the restaurant, I took a plate of fruit to bring to my room. Suddenly, Kamel came to me, took the plate from my hands, and told me that I am not allowed to leave the restaurant with fruit unless I pay €20 every single time. His behavior was extremely rude , he was shouting and speaking in a very aggressive tone. I felt very uncomfortable and shocked. I paid €3600 for one week all-inclusive, and yet I am being asked to pay extra for fruit? This is completely unacceptable. Also, there are 6 restaurants in the hotel, but you still have to pay extra to enter them, which defeats the purpose of “all-inclusive. 2. +Lago is a wonderful resort with a beautiful beach and an excellent overall atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Cleanliness is outstanding, especially in the outdoor areas, which are very well maintained. The resort is also very well designed, and the bars for the all-inclusive service are perfectly distributed around the property, making everything convenient and comfortable. Room service is excellent with very rapid responses whenever needed, and the rooms include plenty of complimentary drinks, which is a very nice touch. Although the buffet menus are huge with a wide variety of options, the food quality still remains above expectations. Usually, having more variety means sacrificing quality, but that is definitely not the case here.

+Airco’s werkte niet bij het boeken stond er bij dat er airco waren gehele verblijf slechte nacht rust gehad paar keer contact gehad met de receptie ze zeiden dat ze het gingen oplossen maar helaas buiten dit om de buiten keuken zat ook dicht bij de balkon hadden ook continu houtskool geur

+Séjour absolument génial ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Les restaurants sont variés et excellents, au niveau de la propreté rien à redire, tout est impeccable. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et toujours souriant. Un point spécial pour le Market Store et son gérant, d’une sympathie incroyable, qui fait vraiment la différence. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable et reposant, aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
