“good place to stay especially if you are catching a flight”
+good location, 10 minutes or so by uber to city star shopping mall and 23-25 minutes to airport; spacious room, I stayed there alone but it could have accommodated at least 4 people; great breakfast, well presented with a good combination of everything as an Egyptian breakfast

+It is very convinient staff are so nice and helpfull amazing breakfast always helping us when we needed them
−The only thing is on the first day of arrival the taxi driver did not manage to find the property. I would suggest abetter sign of the hotel

+Front staffs were very friendly, always greeting with a smile and helpful. I really appreciate the chef being able to accommodate my requests regarding breakfast.
+Le personnel est fabuleux, la terrassa extérieur laisse la place pour un peu de relaxation, le confort est au rendez-vous.

+At first one person arrived one day earlier and I booked one-night small room. The next day I joined, however, to avoid room changing, I requested to upgrade to the bigger room form the beginning for two persons. This was done by the reception in which was much appreciated and was very thoughtful to accept and comply with no extra charges. We liked the facility and the cooperation of everyone at the hotel, Mohammed Rida, Mohammed Ehab and Mahmoud they all were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable and did the job for us.
