+Property was ok - but booking .com charged me 3 times the price What I paid on Booking.com was 3x more than what I could have bought had I booked directly- the real issue was with the App Booking.com Terrible service when I escalated the issue - with no resolution
−Was overcharged - paid 3 times more money - shocking!!! Neither the app nor the hotel would take responsibility- do not stay here or use Booking.com

+Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi, personeller de çok iyiydi. Konumu çok güzel, hemen yanında ulaşabileceğiniz bir sürü yeme içme yeri, alışveriş mekanları ve eğlence mekanları mevcut.
−Çalışma alanı olabilirdi, bilgisayar ile iş yapan insanlar için otelin içinde bir çalışma alanı olmaması çok iyi değil. Odaya muhtaç kalıyorsunuz.

“Exceptional stay.”
+It was the best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. The room is very beautiful, bathroom kits were really nice and breakfast was delicious. A very nice surprise was that the hotel offered a coin payable washing machine for the guests and it was really useful for us. Location is great, really close to the main spots in Kanazawa.
