+The staff was very friendly and helpful. This time we had a problem, and the night staff was quick to resolve it.
−Was a little disappointed this time, as the coffee maker was missing. There were no coffee mugs and only one water glass for the four of us. Not enough towels.

+Incluye desayuno? Nunca me dijeron y si era con costo, tampoco me entere.
−El control del elefador de noche es malo, ya que cuando regrese de que fui a una cena de amigos, el vigilante o control de elevador estaba encerrado durmiendo supongo o al menos no en su lugar, tardó en salir y despues me dio acceso al elevador. Posteriormente habia olvidado una maleta de viaje pequeño y ya no quise bajar por temor a no poder volver a subir a la habitación.

−No teníamos jabón de manos, el colchón estaba muy duro, es la segunda vez que me hospedó y estoy dudando si habrá una tercera. Además olía mucho el drenaje del baño.

−Las habitaciones descuidadas. Les falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay jabón para manos, no hay jabón para cuerpo y shampoo. Tampoco hay toallas. Tuve que pedir todo cuando llegué. Las toallas percudidas y deshilachadas. El viento que sopla en el Hotel mueve la puerta, se filtra el aire. Tuve que poner una silla para que detuviera la puerta. Está pésimo el hotel, no vayan. De hecho pagué 2 noches. Solo me quedé 1 y me salí

“The price was good but the experience not so much”
+The price of the stay was good fro 4 people and a small breakfast.
−First, finding the location of this hotel was impossible - no place does it tell me that I have to be calling to reception to get my elevator activated to arrive at reception. And every time I wanted to come or go, I had to call reception. It's a pain! The bed sheets weren't super clean, we had to ask for towels, the bathroom piping has a very unpleasant smell (which I had read about in previous reviews but hoped was fixed by now) and the noisiest 'zumba' class in the evening that literally vibrated through our room - was not allowing us to have an early night for an early morning...
