“Good!”
+The hotel was good. We had to stay one night in Catania before going further, it is quite central, though I wouldn’t say the district is safe at night. The room was quite spacious, clean and nice. It was good to have a balcony, though it would be amazing to have some furniture there. The breakfast area was beautiful, the breakfast itself was quite limited, but had some nice options to start the day. The staff was very nice, and I appreciate the porter service. The hotel also has a lot of antique furniture which gives it special charm, all in all it was a comfortable stay 😊
−The soundproofing was not very good. Another thing I believe is important to improve is communication with guests regarding airport transfers. The hotel sent us information about the airport shuttle, so I contacted them to ask about arranging one on the day of our arrival. However, the staff informed me that the shuttle had to be booked at least one day in advance. This was the first time I had experienced this kind of situation at a hotel. Travel plans can change, and guests may unexpectedly find themselves in need of transportation. I would have appreciated it if the hotel had tried to help us find a solution rather than simply directing us to the public bus. It would also have been helpful to clearly state in the initial information that the shuttle must be booked at least one day in advance.

−Migliorerei funzionalità bagno, aggiungerei porta valige in camera . La colazione è basica, poteva essere più legata al territorio viste le bontà siciliane.

“Sehr schön und entspannt. Wir kommen wieder 🤗”
+Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit eleganter Ausstattung. Parkplatz vorhanden. Trotz Innenstadtlage ein ruhiger Ort um sich nach dem Trubel der Stadt erholen zu können. Frühstück war sehr gut. Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant war sehr gut.
