−We were on the third floor with only elevator access. When checking out, the elevator was broken, we had to lug our luggage down stairs, through the kitchen and restaurant,

−Dålig säkerhet. Ingen telefon för att nå reception. Inga brandvarnare. Inga utrymningsvägar. Hög ljudnivå utifrån. Dålig frukost.

“Beautiful historic hotel in excellent location”
+The location of the property was fantastic! We were right inside the palace and just steps from amazing restaurants, shops and sites. The room was well-appointed, if not a bit on the small side, and the beds were very comfy. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
−The breakfast selection could have been better and there weren’t enough seats in the breakfast room. There was quite a lot of noise coming from the street - those early morning bells - but that was expected given the central location.

−Wat achterstallig onderhoud van de hotelkamer. Helft verlichting in de badkamer deed het niet. Ook douchen in bad is voor deze kamerprijs niet acceptabel. Douchekop was ook aan vervanging toe. Verder beperkte ruimte en matig ontbijt.

+Ein süßes kleines Hotel, wunderbar in der Altstadt gelegen.. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.. top Team 🤩
−unser Zimmer, die Flure ect. war sehr, sehr, sehr klein…. wir fanden kaum Platz für die Koffer! Wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten, die ebenfalls super schmal waren…

“Nära hamnen, centralt i Gamla stan. Sköna sängar, lite trist frukost och inget för den ljuskänsliga men trevlig personal”
+Sköna sängar och kuddar, låg centralt mitt i Gamla stan och nära hamnen.
−Stark parfym i hela foajén, mycket ljud utifrån med guidade turer mitt utanför fönstret och man hörde förbipasserande kväll/natt.
