“Clean near unit close to town. Parking at door.”
+Nice unit close to town and facilities. Friendly staff. Clean.
−Parking in entry side tight if you have a big car back of it sticks out where cars have to drive past. Better to have a unit around the side or back if you have a big car. Soap dispenser in shower broken. Had shampoo and conditioner hlbut couldn't use the soap. Had to reach out and get it from sink dispenser.

“Had a lovely time in Junee”
+Reasonably clean (not dirty) for a old place, fresh towels everyday, polite lady owner.
−The room was VERY old , chipped tiles in the bathroom, no hooks (broken) in the bathroom, couldn't open the curtains because of privacy as anyone walking pass could just look in. No bedside power points (I had a C-Pap machine) had to move the bed out from the wall as the power outlet was behind the bed in the middle.

“Enjoyed its location and comfortable room.”
+Very neat and clean room with excellent bathroom and shower. Bed comfortable and a larger than usual tv size.
−The exterior doesn’t present well and gives a downmarket impression. However, the rooms are excellent and the property had good occupancy when I stayed.
