“High quality hotel, but restaurant service needs sorting”
+Very comfortable beds and a good size room; good size shower; excellent and copious buffet breakfast.
−Dinner in the restaurant wasn't great. Caesar salad, billed as including smoked salmon, croutons and parmesan cheese, contained none of the above, and consisted solely of sliced of chicken, lettuce, a few small tomatoes and a small pool of mayonnaise on the side. When I protested, the waiter said it was these ingredients weren't available + in which event they should have told me when I placed the order. After I made a fuss. They brought some complimentary fruit, and eventually decided not to charge for the dish. But it was completely unprofessional, especially for a place of this standing and at these (for Indonesia) high prices. 21 per cent surcharge on restaurant meals is pretty steep too!

−Limit choice of food from the restaurant menu, most item they say sold out even it has been requested for more 2 days in row.

“Pleasant”
+Gym room is not renovated. Gym equipment is old shits.
−Situated at Road Roundabout Since hotel food menu is not good have to walk across the road to the mall . Crossing the road is not safe. By the way , it is an old hotel being refurbished Not pleasant to stay and pay for the price . Hotel Grand Zuri - which is beside, is better to stay there .

“Good”
+Location is great. Staff was amazing.
−Facilities not the best, compared to few other hotels in this price range. Breakfast was very substandard. Had stale bread on offer 3 days out of 5. Cold omelettes, just make in bulk and left out. For the cost of this hotel compared to others, breakfast was rubbish.
