+The dinning room staff were excellent and they are very accommodating with special request food. High standard with 3 star hotel.
−No aircon but the fan sufficient.

+Hotel is at one of the busiest place in Munnar. Hard to get in and out of the place if you have your own vehicle. Electricity turns off frequently which does get back quickly but its annoying. Average room, clean and comfortable. TV with cable- so if you are not from Kerala its not much on TV for you to get entertained. Smell of food in the corridor as staff don’t collect the dishes from the rooms. Guest leave dishes outside the room as it stinks if they leave it inside, however, it is staff’s responsibility to collect.
−Busy location. Power turns off frequently. Room doesn’t have smart tv-Local channels only. Food smell in the corridor.

−Inadequate lightening. Resturant is poor, after eating from the resturant (lunch), i got diarrhoea, so my whole trip got cancelled.

+Fake published on social media and I lost my money. During 2 days 55 time power going and coming. Loss of money. Booking app is pathetic as there is no proper customer relationship. I WAS thinking to change the hotel, but paid full amount and booking app doe's not have number or email to update. I will never ever book through you. I am filing case against the hotel to consumer court. Nothing like on hotel. Bathroom doors and bed bugs...so nothing to say good.
