−There were no glasses or mugs provided although there was a kettle. THe shower stall has not been cleaned as there was a paper cup left on the floor.

“A great practical choice for users of Sofia Airport who need a stopover before or after a flight.”
+We stayed at the Ibis when flying out of Sofia, rather than into Sofia - so it was the airport location that was crucial. That the hotel's also comfortable, clean and has friendly staff made a purely 'practical' stay something a little more enjoyable. That the bar serves a decent club sandwich and has an impeccable soundtrack (the only hotel I've ever stayed in that played the Velvet Underground!) was an added bonus.
−Nothing in my opinion - the hotel is there to do a job - nobody stays in an airport hotel for any other than reason than convenience where arriving on/leaving by an early/late flight, for example - but this one does that job better than most.

+We appreciated the shuttle operating 24 hours! We loved the water dispenser! After almost 24 hours of travel l.was dehydrated and this was a great answer. The breakfast had good, fresh variety. Appreciated the relatively large shower, electric kettle, refrigerator
