+Room was good with a well working air conditioning. Balcony was nice. Free transportation ticket for Chur was a good touch, especially since location is a bit out off town. 5 minutes into main town with bus.
−Location was pretty random, like in a kind of industrial area, next to car dealerships. Room was small and nothing special.

−On top floor with no lift. We had to carry the heavy suitcase. No gym No complimentary water as is common with most restaurant.

+Nothing absolute waste of money
−The hotel is on top of McDonald probably use the same extractor and the whole room was smelling of burn greasers. It was disgusting couldn’t sleep all night. Room was very small compared to what we paid.Shower tray was covered with extract dust couldn’t use it.I stayed in so many same hotel so far this was the worst experience.

+Freundliches sauberes Hotel. Sehr Tier freundlich. Auf Anliegen oder Hinweise wird sofort eingegangen
−Hôtel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Umgebung daher 24/24 H eher laut. Unangenehmes Geräusch in der Nacht. Für sensible Ohren beim Schlafen eher schwierig

+Da wir in der Stadthalle waren, war der Heimweg kurz.
−Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht > CHF 210 für ein Einzelzimmer Extrem kleine Zimmer Einen Frühstücksraum von ein paar wenigen Tischen für ein wohl ausgebuchtes Hotel - wir mussten "Schlange stehen", bis wieder Tische frei wurden
