+La chambre est super mignonne et atypique. Le camping est magnifique, la piscine vraiment super agréable. Le cadre est aussi génial, on est à deux pas du lac et au beau milieu de la nature. Je recommande vivement !

+Tudo incrível! Chegamos tarde e fizemos o check-in sozinhas, sem nenhuma dificuldade. No dia seguinte, sairíamos bem cedinho para um passeio pelo Shala River, organizado pelo próprio hotel, e tivemos uma surpresa muito especial: a equipe se preocupou em deixar nosso café da manhã no quarto na noite anterior, para que não saíssemos sem comer! São esses pequenos cuidados que fazem toda a diferença. A equipe é extremamente gentil, prestativa e muito, muito educada! O hotel é lindo, aconchegante e acolhedor. Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa e recomendamos de olhos fechados!

+Locatie was niet ver van het meer, alwaar we een wandeling naartoe maakten. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt buiten. Comfortabele kamer. Owv rondrit geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad, maar was zeker in orde

“Perfecte tussenstop van Noord naar Zuid Albanië!”
+Mooi nieuw complex met 2 zwembaden en goed restaurant. Rustig vlakbij het meer.
−De huisjes hebben een vliering/vide waar het bed staat, bovenin het huisje en daar blijft alle warmte hangen, airco heeft dan bijna geen effect omdat de koude lucht naar beneden zakt.

“Nice place in the nature”
+Nice location, a calm place to relax. The restaurant was awesome with good food and friendly stuff.
−The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There were many sticky stains on floor, like someone maybe spilled a bottle of juice on the floor which haven’t been removed. And when you have a downstairs room you can hear everything from the upstairs neighbours, every step they take.

+אוכל טעים מאד! צוות נחמד ומסביר פנים. חדרים נקיים ונוחים.
−יש שיפוץ גדול בחלק מהמקום והכל פתוח ללא שום גדר שמפרידה בין מתחם השיפוצים למלון וזה מאד מבאס והורס את הפסטורליות והנוף. בנוסף, יש חדר ג'ימבורי לילדים צמוד לבריכה שממש לא מתוחזק וללא מזגן שעובד.
