−Zimmer mit nicht funktionierender Klimatisierung. Fenster assen sich nicht öffnen. Gruppe ist inso, wird aber leider nicht drauf hingewiesen.

+L’emplacement de l’hôtel était bien situé, l’accueil du personnel aussi et top.
−La chambre était petite, il y avait qu’une table basse côté droit du litde l’autre côté il était impossible de déposer des affaires. Les coussins métro, lave-vaisselle n’était pas propre. Un peu cher pour ceux qui nous proposent.

“Sehr schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis”
+Wie immerhin die Lage.
−Wir waren schon mehrmals im Hyperion, aber solch einen hohen Preis für das sehr kleine Zimmer haben wir schon fast als eine Frechheit empfunden.

+The reception staff were helpful. The location is convenient for the tram which is necessary to get into town.
−I had to ask 3 times and wait 2 days to have the coffee and water in the 'free' minibar replenished. The room was not cleaned every day.

“Would go again”
+Friendly and helpful staff on Reception keen to help and make for a pleasant stay. I asked for more pillows, more coffee, an iron and an ironing board, plus a kettle and all arrived at my room within minutes. Very convenient to the tram service which stops right outside. Good cafes and bars closeby. Fridge/mini bar with freebies was most welcome.
−Air con wasn't too easy to control which resulted in room being either too cold or too hot. A small table on both sides of the bed would have been useful.

−Les chambres sont conformes à la description et photos, petites mais correctes. Cependant, les salles de bains mériteraient d'être mieux entretenues.

+The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was excellent, with a stunning panoramic view. Everything felt new, stylish, and well-maintained. Although the hotel is located a little away from the city center, public transportation is very convenient, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
