“A pleasant stay with clean, modern rooms and outstanding hospitality from the Café 88 and front desk teams.”
+The rooms are a bit small, but they are renovated especially floor nos. 10,11 & 12), well-maintained, and clean. The highlight of the stay is the excellent hospitality provided by the entire team. The Café 88 team deserves special appreciation, especially Chef Vikas, Chef Priyab, Chef Satyapal, F&B Manager Yogesh, and F&B Supervisor Sriram. They are highly professional, well-trained, and genuinely understand how to take care of guests and make them feel welcome. Prosenjit and the rest of the restaurant team are also very good. The front desk team is equally welcoming, professional, and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout the stay. Overall, the excellent service, warm hospitality, and guest-focused approach of the teams make the stay a pleasant experience.

“Uitstekend verblijf en vriendelijke medewerkers.”
+Een mooi hotel net buiten het centrum van de stad met zwembad, spa's en fitness. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Het eten is fantastisch; ruime keuze en voldoende. Een hotel om blij van te worden.
−Het matras is (voor mij) aan de harde kant. Gemeld aan het management en deze heeft direct actie ondernomen.

+Marvelous low rise , full facilities , great gym instructor, spa staff and restaurants which were a pleasant surprise for every meal .

+I had only breakfast & we enjoyed the food. Mashroom vegetable was too good. Complete diet was available, so it was good in test too.
−I couldn't find anything which I don't like , this was my 3rd stay in Hyat. Once I face issues of cleanliness in Humpy Hayt.

“Can be better as it’s a good property”
+It’s my second stay at the property.
−Inattentive staff. I requested for my bags to be kept at reception before I went to have quick bite to eat. Came back to my room, luggage still waiting to be collected. Waited for another 15 mins yet no one arrived.

“An elegant break in Pune”
+Breakfast was amazing and extensive. The service was superb. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was stunning; the decor was incredible. The facilities of the hotel were amazing, from the gym to the dining area to the spa. Very aesthetically pleasing!

+Front office staff were extremely helpful and very hospitable. The F^B staff were equally accommodating. In the front office, I will like to particularly commend Gyandeep Jha abd Rina Naincy Singh.
“Staff miscommunication”
+Pool and breakfast
−Staff had severe miscommunication and gave embarrassment to the guest by repeatedly asking in public whether the guest paid for breakfast or not. They never bothered checking internally within the departments.
