“First timers”
+The price and cleanliness were amazing. Also its close to town so no need to drive anywhere once you check in.
−The stairs were made of metal grating so our pet wasn't to keen on his nails being stuck between those as it made it hard for him to walk up and down.

“Great location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, working AC, good wifi, but no frills”
+Clean, friendly and helpful staff, the mini fridge was pretty large, good number of drawers for our trip, AC worked, wifi worked, beds were comfortable, rooms were a good size.
−There were no frills like gym or pool or a complimentary breakfast, but we didn’t really miss that
