“A nice budget hotel in the center of Paris”
+The location was great, right at the metro station and close enough to RER station, so it was convenient to come to CDG airport. Also, the area is very nice, close to many sightseeing places.
−Actually everything was as expected. We wanted to buy a bottle of water, but it was impossible to do it at the hotel, but there was a supermarket nearby, so even late in the night we could get one.

+Локация супер. Номера требуют ремонта. Пол в коридоре шатается и кажется, что провалиться. Цена качество соответствует. Ставлю плюс за локацию и супер персонал.

“Fabulous location and hotel”
+Location is amazing- less than 5 minutes walking to Notre Dame so we were first visitors in the morning avoiding all the queues. Great food market and bakeries just around the corner literally. Metro station directly in front of the hotel (although we never used it and always walked to Louvre, Orsay and other important locations because they are quite close). Bathroom newly renovated, lovely walk in shower. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Nice view from the window. They offer daily housekeeping if requested. Staircase is the beautiful feature of the hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. It is not common to have kettle and cups in the hotel room in France but luckily hotel provided us with hot water and cups on request. Electric heater keeps the room warm. Overall we are very pleased and would happily stay again.
−Dust on the wall panels and inside light shades near the bed- easily accessible and very visible places. It didn’t affect our positive impression from the hotel, I just think it’s easy to fix if mentioned here.

“Латинский район”
+Очень уютный район, гостиница удобная, есть лифт. Батареи горячий, душ хороший. Рядом булочная, по четвергам и субботам рынок. Кровати удобные. Разрешили оставить чемоданы. Метро сразу у входа, пару метров дальше остановки во все стороны.
