−The cutlery has bad smell, the staff said from the dishwasher. Also the scrambled eggs smells bad and not good. I am saying that for the first time but a had the same when I was there in September. This must be treated because this is really bad. For the same if the hotel.

“A wonderful stay in a hotel full of history and charm!”
+I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful historic hotel, which has the distinction of being the first hotel in Cannes. The location is excellent, and the hotel has a unique, old-world charm that makes it truly special. Although some areas could benefit from renovation, this did not take away from my wonderful experience. In fact, what I particularly appreciated was the atmosphere of a traditional, elegant hotel, where attention to detail and classic hospitality are still very much present. My room and bathroom were both spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Spotless white bed linen and towels. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea and drinking water provided in the room, as well as the good-quality toiletries and all the thoughtful amenities one would expect from a well-established hotel. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were consistently polite, welcoming and professional. There is something special about a hotel that preserves the charm and character of another era while still providing all the comforts of a quality stay. This hotel has exactly that feeling. “Disappointing, uncomfortable and dated”
+Good location
−Windows let all the noise of the street in so I hardly had any sleep. Very dated rooms and bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom terrible as the shower was very short and the glass screen very narrow so I had to shower seated. Staff were blunt and cold apart from the lady on at night who was helpful.
