+Positiv: Gute Lage: Ruhiges Viertel, 5 Min. zum Strand, 15 Min. Promenade ins Zentrum. Parkplätze im Oktober gut vorhanden. Guter Wohn- & Schlafkomfort: Geräumiges Wohnzimmer, großer Balkon mit Stadtblick und sehr bequeme Betten (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten). Ausstattung & Sauberkeit: Reinigung ok. Gute Handtücher, reichlich Toilettenpapier, Föhn und kostenlose Pflegeprodukte vorhanden.
−Negativ: Extreme Geruchsbelästigung: Bad ohne Fenster mit extrem starkem Abflussgestank nach dem Duschen, der die gesamte Wohnung zustank. Das Reinigungsmittel des Personals half nur kurz. Nächtlicher Lärm: Lautes Pumpengeräusch (ca. 50 dB) in der Nacht. Keine Küchennutzung: Küche war abgeschlossen. Kein Teller, Besteck oder Besen vorhanden, nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Mühsamer Zugang: 2. Stock im Nebengebäude ohne Aufzug - mit Koffern sehr beschwerlich. Teures Frühstück: 16 € p.P. ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie zu teuer, daher haben wir nur im Zentrum gegessen. Wir können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht hätten wir aber auch nur Pech und die anderen Zimmer sind besser.

“Terrible accomodation in a state of disrepair”
+The staff was friendly.
−The accomodation was terrible. I've never experienced a faciltiy this bad.It was in absolute dilapidated state. I decided to leave for another hotel, which was the best decision I made. The staff didn't seem to be surprised, unfortunatly I still had to pay for the night. I later heard there is an other building on the grounds that is renovated, however they never offered me a room in that part so I can't share the experience in that part.

−The room was smelly (maybe from people smoking on the balconies before), you could hear your neighbors talking, the shower head is fixed to the ceiling

−El apartamento que nos tocó está viejo, hay mejores en el hotel. no funcionó el agua caliente dos días..no tenían personal para arreglar la caldera. Este departamento no tiene ascensor por lo que subir maletas es un gran esfuerzo.
