“A cozy and convenient home stay type accomodation”
+The location is excellent, right opposite the beach, with a good view of the beach. It's like a homestay with just four guest bedrooms,a common kitchen with utensils and a common hall, peaceful. Ample open space in the front for car parking and in the courtyard of the house. Pets are allowed. Caretaker Mangesh is cooperative. Lot of eateries in the vicinity Very reasonably priced compared to other properties
−Quality of bedsheets, pillows, towels was substandard. They were not clean also. Good that we had carried our own items. Bathroom fittings are not in good condition.

+Good value and on the seafront (as it's name implies). Close to the town's main group of restaurants. Pretty basic but it's very cheap. Air con and ceiling fan work fine.
−No bin in room. Staff managed to lock me in twice. No English spoken. Very thin mattress.
